- Spring- Smart Spring Cleaning - Outside Lighting
To S & I all labour and materials to repair the many lights outside that burnt out this winter when it was to cold for you to notice and for us to fix them. Our company will use building ballasts and lamps to keep invoice costs low.
- Spring-Smart Spring Cleaning - Main Electrical Rooms
To S & I all labour and materials to clean inside and out of electrical room switchgears, transformers and electrical panels. Our company uses compressed air, shop vac's and proper solvents and shop cloths to remove all dirt and dust from inside the room. This is DEFINATELY NOT a job for your superintendent.
- Summer-Thermographic Infrared Inspection
To S & I all labour and materials to conduct a thermographic inspection on all electrical equipment after Chiller has been turned on. Our company will also provide a detailed report of the condition of the electrical equipment in the building focusing on anomalies discovered from overheating contacts, level of urgency of repairs and Estimates to carry out the work.
- Fall-SMART Fan`Coil Maintenance Program
To S & I all labour and materials to clean and inspect all fan coil units throughout the residents suites. Our company will clean the inside of the fan coil units, spray the insulation in side the A/C unit with an anti asbestos & mold solution and finally replace filters or wash filters if they are of the environmentally friendly type that do not get sent to refuse after every use. Radiators are sprayed as well with cleaning solutions so the A/C can perform at highest levels and finally we will report on any motors or valves which may be seized or thermostats not working. - Winter-SMART Heating Cables and Ramp Check
To S & I all labour and materials to check all thermostats and heating cables in the underground garage on sprinkler pipes, firehose cabinets and drains. Also to check Ramp Heating cables and snow sensing controllers. We will also report on the condition of fiber-glass insulation covering pipes and provide estimates to carry out the work.

- 2. Order - Review and approve the estimate to add recycling to your order. We'll send you a starter kit that includes shipping labels and detailed instructions on how to package and prepare your spent lamps.
- 3. Ship - Follow the simple instructions to pack your spent lamps, attach the enclosed shipping labels and call for pick-up when you're ready.
